I think I can see what is causing the confusion here: Mr Zoet’s legs are mismatched: his left leg is clearly longer than the right, which will account for many of the anomalies so far .....

That gap between the Ti and Raleigh is massive... :shock: ...Wow...do you think Evel Knievel could jump that on a normally aspirated Harley Davidson XR 750 or would he need a Rocket Bike.

The go to method I use for spotting incorrect seat tube decals is to study the relationship between the letter E and the letter I. On a correct copys or genuine originals the top of the letter I should be Infront of the bottom of the letter E.
On the incorrect fake decals the top of the letter I is under the bottom of the letter E.
All of the pictures below are showing how not to do it, so if you are considering purchasing a freshly painted frame take note... or if you are considering having a frame refurbished check out the painter's previous work and decal supplier to avoid any mistakes.
