Obviously this doesn't work. The cyclist didn't get up and walk away after any of the accidents, so it's pretty safe to assume he died.
Also, this is integrated into the vest.
So you go to your mate, arrive there, take off your vest and lay it down in the sofa. The moment you tilt the vest, the airbag goes off if you forgot to disable the system.
Really worthless idea. If rubbish like this becomes mandatory, I'll sell all my bikes or move to a more civilized country.
