New Brodie sovereign build

Heys guy’s! Have a cool 95 sovereign frame, painted by toxic Harold, looking at some pointers as far as build components wise, Rigid fork or suspension fork????

Agreed, period correct fork if you go that route, and a nice frame.

Lovely bike - BITD I'd be riding around Vancouver envious as hell about all the cool Dudes riding their Sovereign's, Climbmax's, etc.

I hate messing with period suspension forks and would go rigid myself if I could afford a Gatorblade or similar, but that fork does look good on it.

a vote for rigid fork here. but that one doesn't look half bad.

I prefer rigid forks for the most part as well and I think a gator or P2 would really suit this build but if you're inclined to add front suspension the mag 21 looks the part for me, especially with that sweet brodie booster

sus forks not special enough imho, agree with other posters that rigid is way to go for a lightweight and pedigree steel frame

gator fork is always nice, only problem is that this frame is sus corrected. Imho is the 93 the last year of frames that could use both forktypes. Mybe you can try a corrected P2. But that will always be a very hard compromise.
