Mid 90's Diamond Back (Apex & Apex SE) bikes have the same cable routing, (I have 2 Apexes :facepalm: , underrated, but very nice, pssssttt), weight is similar, both of them have seatposts sized as 27.0 mm, though (a pain in the back to find a good seatpost for them).

Curved rear stays, rearward facing seattube slot, missing/not included threaded eyes for mudguards & panniers, 68 mm BB width, 1 1/8" headtube are also similar features.

If it's not a DB,possibly a copy of them, made in the same Far Eastern factory?

I've got a '98(?) white/red Axis and everything matches with the unknown frame including dropouts, except seatpost size (26. and location of second frame number. On the non-drive side I've got IE7K05336, the other number is on the drive side and it is hard to read because the paint is so thick.

Definitely look like Trevor to me.

Could be a Nigel, if you squint a bit and look at it from the side. Definitely not a Roderick, though.
