Mystery frame

My friend just bought this bike, it would be nice to identify it. Frame is chromed under paint. Seatpost measures 27mm.
Frame weights about 2300g.
I've bought frameset with identical lugs and this triangle symbol and it was Minerva. To me it looks like a really nice, high quality frame. Any ideas?

The frame in the first post is not a Guylaine. They made never any chromed frames.
And the frame no. is different, it is YYNNN at Guylaine. The frame no. above starts with 73, which would mean 1973. The first Guylaine frames were built in 1986. (I made the Guylaine thread in that German forum)

The rear cable stop comes with the forward placement of the cantilever brake bosses. This was done on touring frames so as to have the brakes not interfere with the panniers.
