Distinctive seat cluster reminds me of brodies and Rocky Mountains

the stem is labled Stevens, they had nice CroMo Bikes too like 712, 812 or 912 models, with Ritchey dropouts (cast, in style like designed by Joe Breeze), some had been blue too
