I must admit, when I got it in my hands after a few weeks of buying it...I kind of knew by looking at it that it wasn't hand made.
Anyway...I've got over it now.
I personally still love it as an object.
And I think that I may try to actually turn it into what it was advertised as - a hand made, unique art piece.
I'm an artist, sculptor and photographer but mainly I'm autistic...so I'm sure I can come up with something cool(er).

I see where your coming from, but unsure if they made anything back then other that the bars for Pace.

Schürmann 4 Cross, sold roughly from year 2000 on for a few years


a bit like other 3 or 4 spoke wheels, technically or weight-wise not better than regular wheels, rather a few hundred grams heavier, less stable and hard to impossible to adjust or fix in case of damage.
