Surely it's custom - you rarely have disc and canti on a production bike, and it looks handwelded rather than factory robot.Anyone recognise this fork? All ti, including steerer.
They would sell through the stock they bought with the company when they ceased manufacturing.BTW: to me the brand Sachs wasn't discontinued from SRAM after 1999 season, so having this hub in a 2002 Bike makes me wondering.
Maybe SRAM has continued just to deliver a few Sachs parts but just as an OEMs to companies Specialized?
Oh bugger, I bought one a year back when a shop was closing down.Does this mean the value will increase
Thank you for the reply! Almost all the Alpinestars bikes I've seen had forks with straight legs, and most of them had cable routing for three cables on the drive-side top tube, unlike the bike I’m trying to identify. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Are the cable routing and fork different on your bike? Maybe you could add pics?frame and brake bridge looks super similar to my alpinestars d735, except the top tube goes higher than the chainstays on this and not on the alpinestars
im not saying its the same bike but maybe same factory, mine has all the cables on the same side, and has a suspension fork so i have no idea what the OG fork looks likeThank you for the reply!
