Stumpjumper Frame set # 91A11486

The frame set was refinished, and it was a bad job. I want to rebuild the bike, but I need to know the year for the proper graphics.

From the frame numbers, Hardrock is 98 and Stumpjumper 91. I'm sure a Specialized expert can chime in. You might want to give the thread a more descriptive title.

Edit the title of the thread to include Stumpjumper advice. Should be a few more look at it then.
I think its a 1990 or maybe a 1991 looking at the rear dropouts though.

If you have the original Shimano components, they can be used to figure out the date of assembly. They put a date code on the back of everything

I don't have any of the original parts of the Stumpjumper but the bottom bracket and headset. I have the complete Hard rock.
