aye, coomber has it. I reckon that'll come up just fine. The saddle must go though :)

Assuming the tyres aren't perished, stick them in the washing machine, they'll come up a treat. Decent skin wall tyres are hard to find, even if you don't use them day to day, worth hanging onto.

after quick clean up think i may see if anyone local can replace the spokes on these and resyrect them.

mech and QR all seen betterdays i think and these are for replacement left brake control lot of play and end broken and very scraped

Seat post was clean a few months ago til my son took bile for a ride and dropped seat post from my hieght to his







bearings from forks upper was well oily lower was dry
brake components and head spline

chainset thing this is for relacemant think 2nd ring has fractures??

Nice looking project.

Where are you based - it might be worth looking at gumtree for a donor bike for wheels and other parts etc.

Is the fork original? - it looks like it could be by Spinner - have a look at the dropouts ie where the wheel bolts in.

If you look on here someone has found that one of the smooth Hammerites gives a very good finish like that matt Zolatone.
