Yes agreed, mid 60s is a good fit for me. 72" in the summer 65" winter. Improves pedaling for sure and increases cadence.I ride a "fixed wheel bicycle" at least once a week, on my 40 mile round trip commute to work. Both of my bikes run a 66" gear, its good for your core and hip movement, and improves your pedaling massively
