Vintage steel (Reynolds tubing) ex-Herne Hill track bike from the 1980's with beautiful 3T components. It has brand new road wheels with a flip flop hub (currently set up fixed), a front brake, new chain, new bar tape and rides beautifully. It comes with a set of Mavic tubular wheels for track days.

What make is the frame please.
That's a good question! It belongs to my club and has been in storage for years. No one can remember the make I'm afraid, but it's Reynolds steel. It was used as our club's track bike for many year and then as an indoor competition bike (on rollers). It was then stripped and stored with various members of the club for many years!
 
Head badge hole spacing might provide a clue - albeit a very small one. Clue that is, not badge.
Thanks! That is a good shout, I don't recognise it but there is possibility it's a Gosling but that is unconfirmed. There were a few knocking about at Herne Hill at that time apparently. I've asked around some of the older members to see if the head badge outline rings a bell...

*Update* It's definitely not a Gosling, that was a sticker used on some track bikes?! Gosling wasn't a bike manufacturer. But definitely period TI Reynolds tubing...
