My bikes.

Interesting bike. It looks a lot like my 200 Proline. I was never able to find out much about this model.

Sorry about the NDS pic ...

The frames do look identical. Mine was covered in stickers from the factory. I left the down tube, removed the rest. Yours has a sensible amount, the Rolf wheels are very fancy. Ebay pics of how I got it. Edit mine had Sora hubs on Rigida Chinra rims, I changed the wheels for Tiagra/Mavics. Same with the 105 calipers, bars, stem and saddle.

I found the 200 Proline to be quite a zippy bike, and well-suited for shortish summer evening rides. But it is a bit too small for me, and as other, bigger bikes turned up it got relegated to the attic, where it still resides. I think.

I have found it the same, a lively ride. Mine fits me well. Not sure how it will get used yet though.

Here is the latest bike. 1994 Carrera Tour limited edition with a full Campagnolo Stratos groupset, these were made by Dawes I've been told. Certainly the top eyes and brake cable ports on the top tube look like it. The group was only made for one year so quite unusual.
The bike appears virtually unused, it needs a full strip and regrease, tyres, cables and pads. Even the cables are Campagnolo. Very clunky gear change and very poor brakes at the moment. It's in the queue. Ebay pics below.

That Carrera is cool. Can you say those two things in the same sentence? ;) We know how elitist some of us RBers can be!

It certainly has a Dyna-Tech aesthetic about it.

Looks barely ridden too :)
It is hardly used, virtually no wear anywhere. Yes you can say Carreras are cool, I like them. My Carrera cx bike was so far in front of my Specialized Sirrus in every respect, the Sirrus went. I have a few
