there was an interview/artical about his frogskin collection......he said he never had any intentions of selling his collection, but put a price out to guage the responce and see if there were any 'takers'......a couple of years ago, he also listed his collection on ebay for $1 million dollars, not to try and sell, but more to make people aware of his collection and the range etc there were of frogskins.

it was a bit of a talking point for a couple of weeks on the oakley forum i am a member of.

I had no idea my frogskins would go the way they went. I was going to sell them to someone here, for $100. They went for almost triple that on ebay...who knew
I kept a set for myself.
