Syncros stem measurement help

In the below photo, can someone please tell me in mm how long the stem is for the red and green measurement. I'm trying to work out if I have enough steerer tube to use one of the syncros stems. Thanks Mike

the steerer should fit about 3mm below the top of the stem, or in your Syncros stem's case 3mm below the red measurement, you may need to add or remove a spacer to get the right height and tension once the top bolt is fitted.

Sorry, just measure it with a ruler, i can't really tell from the photo.

If I had the stem, I would measure it

I thought my original post had hinted to the fact that I needed to know the measurement to know if I could fit one to my steerer.
Hence me saying "I need to know if I have enough steerer tube to use one of the syncros stems"

Can someone who actually owns a syncros stem do those measurements for me please?
