Sold the old saddle within an hour on ebay! So the red dmr v8 mag's are on order.

New Charge spoon fitted last night. :)

Crikey mate ! that was blooming quick and i'm still looking forward to seeing more pic's once you've finally recieved the pedals and fitted them ..

Ha ha i know should look good once the pedals arrive! I'll try and get some decent pics over the weekend :)

Re: Merlin malt build thread! New Decals!

Well mate the weather forcast is looking rather bad with gale force winds predicted for over the next few days but with luck the MET office has got it wrong ( fingers crossed ) so make best use of the decent weather while you can as i certainly intend too ;) ..

Re:

A few new pics with a digital camera while the sun was shining! Pedals not here yet though. hopefully will be clearer!

Re:

Kyle that bike is criminally clean, get out and put some dirt on it!

I have just fitted a BB7 with a 160mm rotor, what would I need to do to fit a 180 Rotor? Do you need spacers or something to accommodate the bigger rotor?

Re:

It was plastered in mud a few weeks back but it had a good clean and fresh polish!

I have a photo to prove it ha ha.
I'll find it.

To run the bigger disc you need either an avid IS or post mount adaptor for 180mm.

Re: Merlin malt build thread! New Decals!

Mmm! that's starting to look the part as i see the red on your brakes is standing out better too so once you've got the pedals on that should be the icing on the cake ;) ..

Thanks a lot! I'm pretty pleased with it. It looks more racey with the spoon fitted!

Your welcome mate and yes i've gotta agree with regarding the spoon giving that racey look to the bike now it's nicely perched on the stem but those saddles are designed with comfort
and lightness built up with a nice sleek shape to benefit the rider so it's no wonder it looks so damn cool ..

Re:

a bit of red always makes a bike look tons faster standing still!

Know what you mean about finding forks with a long steerer and yeah it looks good with the P2's really simple lines

Good job Kyle
