mech hanger for my 2003 gt ruckus, + rear mech and shifter

this is were rear mech hanger goes, i am in need of a hanger, a rear mech, a 7 speed shifter and a 31.6mm seat post, the hunt begins localy, but if anyone has one let me know please thanks

i found one on evens for £13.99 a rear hanger, but id rather line the pockets of somone who needs the money and get a cheaper bundle deal if someone has all of what im after

I suspect you'll have to bite the bullet as far as the hanger is concerned. Do you have any preference for the type of shifter/mech you want? Also what forks do you have on the bike?

not sure on preference of shifter aslong as it is not a gripshift, just browsing the bay at the moment, and forks that are on it are temp fork till i get my rigid forks for my 1993 gt avalanche le, then the lock out sus forks on that will go on this
