A Masi Prestige frame and fork has just come up on the local classifieds here in Florence for 500 euros:

Seems to be a bargain- I saw another Masi Prestige in a little bike shop in a back street here with original paint, that they were asking 1,000 euros for.
Despite the fact that it's a shade too big for me I am sorely tempted. I have two concerns though:
1. The frame has been re-painted.
2. The rear brake bridge looks to have been crushed (see pic), or were they always like that?
Should I be concerned?
