Marzocchi Z2 Superfly restoration: FINISHED!!

ive been thinking about painting the crown to match the legs, but i thought id give sanding and polishing it a go first. it was quite pitted

this is where its at now, its taken a lot of sanding and it is better but a fair amount of corrosion remains. it probably wont get much better beyond this point... what do you guys reckon, should i paint it?

ive emailed Gil@thecycleshed today regarding some graphics for this fork, fingers crossed he has them on file and can get back to me with some templates.

The forks have had four coats of satin black and now the paint has hardened ive reassembled them with some new bolts.....

Sooo.
My fork is in pieces. :)
Supposedly it's perfect, just contain usual Marzocchi-swamp. Jupiii! :)
Tomorrow I will get pictures from it, after cleaning. :)
And the hunting begins after the 2X6+2 seals... :)
