I mean, yesterday the guy check my fork, he said, it hasn't got nothing serious problem.
Just dirty, and the seals are needs to be replaced. Means, 6+2 seals in each legs. :)
Today I gill get pictures from the fork, I hope... :)

He will change all small-small rubber parts for me... Not just the 4seals, what is in the kit.

Update 29/ may '15

i was gonna fit the graphics first then lacquer over them but the chap im getting them printed by is away until mid next month, so im doing it the other way around and lacquering the legs first and putting the graphics on top.

the lacquer kept drying in a satin finish so to get them shiny i layered up the coats and went through two 330ml cans. They've had in the region of 20-25 coats of paint in total

They'll way about 6lb with that much paint ;-)

Would the satin black main paint not be creating the satin finish in the top coats?

yeah maybe, I assumed that i would just be adding a shiny finish to whichever paint I decided to use but they've turned out nicely anyway. i'll update after work, the paint must've hardened by now
