If the seals are wrong, the water cannot leak into the fork?

And looks like, if I not use the bike, it holds the air, just deflate, when I ride it...

You pump it up way past 30PSI say to 100PSI, it'll leak somewhere. Shouldn't be to hard if you use a normal pump.

Doesn't matter if water happens to get in (it shouldn't) as you'll be stripping it and cleaning it once you know where the leak is from.

I cannot "overpump" it with 100psi?

And where can it leak? The valve, next to the valve (the O ring), and where else?

there are rubber O-rings at the bottom of the legs as well

the way i see it theres only 3 places air could leak, bottom of the fork like mentioned above, valves, and seals

Why? Do you not have a pump?. It is a normal connection.
Any pressure will do.

Update:

i bought this little kit off ebay for a tenner, i only used four of the pieces but they were good for getting in all of the tight spaces i couldnt reach with sandpaper

I sanded the legs down with 400grit after, i couldnt remove all the corrosion but this is probably as good as theyre gonna get. im happy enough with the result to get some paint on them, i'll buy some etching primer and black paint today

I mean, the 100psi is not too much for the fork?
