I would like to chase up my order. I have allowed 6 working days + your 48 hour quote for dispatch and I have still not received my order. I have been on an internet forum and have found some unsatisfactory feedback from some of your previous customer that does not fill me with positive thoughts regarding my order. My order left THIS week ! , When I placed it Last Monday 05.09.2011 and you fail to advice me of this after a 2 phone calls, One last week advising me that it had already been dispatched and the other this week advising me to be patient with the courier service. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND I FEEL INSULTED !
Please cancel my order and refund my payment , This is truly a terrible customer focus !.
Regarding your statement about negative and positive feedback you have clarified everything Negative stated in reviews onliine , I am always willing to not judge a book by its so called cover but I fail to see any positive customer focus out of this situation and as I result have been left under extreme inconvenience this weekend when I could have ordered somewhere else that would complete a delivery schedule and have the professional curtsey to advice me of any time delays.
