update : Phoned today 16.09.11 to enquire about dispatch or at least find the courier so I could phone them and see if they have even received item . Told to email query to " sales@activesport.co.uk ". That was at 9.30 this morning, no reply so re-sent about 12.30. Still no reply or even an we will look into this for you email.

Getting frustrated now from lack of customer service or well any service to put a point on it. Now I just want to cancel the order and get it from somewhere else, even dont mind paying abit more as long as I bloody well get it.

Update peps : email received today at 15.30, Bear in mind I placed this order on 05.09.11 and after their reply is my original email from this morning. So the moral of this story is

DO NOT USE ACTIVE SPORT !!!

You will find more positive feedback for our company than negative as its only when orders go wrong which is rare.
also only 1% of customers bother leaving good reviews for good service... but 99% would leave a review if it was a problem so you must always take this in mind regarding reviews...

My order left THIS week ! , When I placed it Last Monday 05.09.2011 and you fail to advice me of this after a 2 phone calls, One last week advising me that it had already been dispatched and the other this week advising me to be patient with the courier service. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND I FEEL INSULTED !


Please cancel my order and refund my payment , This is truly a terrible customer focus !.

Regarding your statement about negative and positive feedback you have clarified everything Negative stated in reviews onliine , I am always willing to not judge a book by its so called cover but I fail to see any positive customer focus out of this situation and as I result have been left under extreme inconvenience this weekend when I could have ordered somewhere else that would complete a delivery schedule and have the professional curtsey to advice me of any time delays.

Can't believe his reponses on ebay to negative feedback comments. Insulting, racist, calling customers liars..... not surprised he doesn't publicise an address!

Well bike finally arrived last night ( thanks to the neighbours ). Bad service and bad customer contact regarding the order , not a the most pleasant of experiences !.

The only good I can say out of this situation is the bike did come with lots of free goodies , ie : pump, tools kit , puncture repair, water bottle ( for a dmr ?) and a pretty decent lock. If this is way of an apology then it is accepted but I would think twice before ordering again purely on the customer service.

Well rant over at last so now its time to go out and break something =) .

Good to hear. Now if he could only deal with his anger management issues he may have a viable business!
