Here are the standard dimensions.
You should be able to combine them into a Hayes/Post Mount adapter and work around your seatstays in the middle.
Hayes 22mm standard
ISO Rear Post mount
Alternatively, if you're not devoted to Post Mount, and there's enough space under the seatstays, it may be easier to go to a modern Flat Mount rear caliper.
Ironically, it's very close to the original Hayes standard from 20+ years earlier. :roll:
