Missed my monthly target by 1.9kg!! Need to try harder. This month I managed 1.2kg loss. I ran 30 miles and cycled 187 (34.35 mile mtb'ing). Target for the end of March is 81kg.
i dont know what target to set for the coming month of march, just keep riding and small meals, protien shakes to ward of hunger pangs etc.
1st 1lb loss is good but im still not under 100kg just yet, maybe see how i feel and just let my body decide whats best....i cant see it going below another few pounds more.
usually im still at work busy as hell, not riding etc.....instead im still on the sick, eating better and rode over 400 miles....cant believe it.
