Not much riding and out for a curry and booze last Friday (bloody women and their bright ideas), so not looking forward to tomorrows results. Don't think the panic session at the gym this morning and 12 mile bike round trip to fishmongers this afternoon will have time to help.

Up to 91.6kg. Thank god I didn't finish the peshwari nan on Friday.
Feel good though. 2km time on rower at gym down 30 secs. Happy pushing myself for longer than when I started. Hopefully it's going on as muscle and will come down again when the length of rides go up again. Maybe lay off the protein shakes after training to see if that's what's doing it. They do help me recover though so its catch 22.
