Done two quick seessions at the gym yesterday 6.5 miles in total day off today and working tomorrow so I'll go in work time ;)
 
No weight loss to report today for a change :D

I have had this many times over the years, very quick 10lb or so loss then stick to a certain weight, this time being 16st 3lb.

Now it's time to push on, I'm keen to get into the 15st area!
 
Salty, much better keeping it for the weekly weigh in. Daily variation is normal.
 
its my body, its wierd.

i aint had a flat belly for years now, was fun at first as i used to be in shape after 15yrs working out in the gym but prefer just cycling now.

tired of having a pot belly, and i must say, looking in the mirror after a 10lb drop i look exactly the same :LOL: :oops:

i think its been all internal organs and crap thats been lost :LOL:

anyways, im off out for a bike ride on the hybrid now :cool:
