Bit of both but mostly diet. In retrospect it was the diet that was the main culprit, it seems I'm too old and time poor to train it off anymore. I swapped a meal a day for a meal replacement shake, this along with a few munchie and booze changes have reaped some rewards. Its not too appealing but has allowed me to still enjoy a decent dinner and an occasional take away or treat. If you do want to loose a bit I'd say give it a go, I got my stuff from My Protein, its called Total MRP. Its pretty cheap compared to a lunch and its not as terrible as you might think, if you do fancy trying it pm me and I'll get you a referral code
