Probably Kaiser, the atmosphere was amazing, a real buzz. I really recommend doing this once, the closed roads thing was brilliant I even nearly got taken out by a support bike at one bend

Etape Caledonia Rob - 81 miles, 5hr 55min Pishing rain and strong headwinds first half then lovely and dry with tailwinds for the last 30 miles on the flat.

And Im on a low gas today.

Ive had to phone in sick today as Im still feeling poorly

Just got chased from A&E tonight Im a experienced first aider I wouldn't have gone if I thought it wasn't a emergency. When you live alone and your my age you become more aware of your own mortality, its OK my corps sticking up the flat but what about Alf my dog :?

I've no idea what training Rob has given his dug in using the cooker but it's got to be easier than teaching it to use a tin-opener.
