Ok lads tis the end of the month- pages and pages ago I asked what our aims for this month were and pretty sure JH had the clunker as a target and he has been as good as his word, I've just seen the finished effort in readers bikes and it is very

My target was most/all of the bikes up and running and just got the yo done (new pics in readers bikes too) with just one left to fix up- the vega is taunting me.

Cant really be arsed trying to find everyone's reply's but have we all done what we set out to do and what is the goal for Nov?

off to have a run on the bike- I expect answers people!!!*

*can you tell I've been watching "Generation Kill"

Mine was to have the Salsa up and running but the brakes are still at the shop. Ran into a wee problem :(

For November, I will get it finished, also trying to collect more bits for the 29er and I'm going to start the Yo. My target is to get the seatpost out

well good to know i'm on the way. after a finish like on your beautiful killerV.

started off with a fine wire wool and then a finer wool. will probably continue with the finer one now as i want is super smooth and shiny.

 what is it yer polishing? For super smooth and shiney I'd finish with Autosol. The more stages you put in though the less work, try some scotchbrite pads too and if your keen from autobody shops you can get fine pads. DrS recommends Meguairs NXT metal polish too.

Can't remember my tasks but have probably failed. Not had much spare time this month- work, DIY at home and a few rides (Kielder, Thrunton x6).

Still waiting on the Fat Ti and Stumpie to arrive but made a start on the Fat SAB this weekend though. Hoping there might be a new addition to the fleet next week too- something rather special

Having a catch up day today. Loads of PM's to wade through and some posting out.
