Now, if you put a See-You-Jimmy hat on that - it would be a pretty good likeness

How did your road ride go on sunday anyway velo? Everyone has been so active and I've been a big dirty slob.

Talking of freebies - Zigzag - sorry to announce the preload adjuster you sent is not compatible with my Judy's (no, not those ones Kaiser) so my quest for Judy completeness continues, bah

Actually ok in practice as can adj preload with screwdriver if need be.

Bugger, that's a bind, I thought that was sure to be the one, since they are so easy to break (which explains why I only had one good one). Ach well, at least you can still adjust.

are they a kinda maroon colour?

Nope - black. Skinny plastic adjustment spindle thingy which sits inside the fork leg top cap and engages with adjuster screwy mechanism. Can still adjust the thing with lolly stick or whatever, but I have an 'ole in the top cap where this component would otherwise sit, so wet rain can get in.
Can always fabricate a suitably sized bung as temp solution to that

Well I have a couple of bits, though none exactly like the bit in the pic...I don't think. Let me get a pic up.
