Look 585 - anyone had or got one?

I have a 2007 Look 585 and it’s a fantastic riding bike; fast, agile, smooth, excellent climber, great cornering. I have over 28000km on it with zero issues. Headset still smooth and perfect. 3rd wheelset and 3rd gruppo on it currently, had the frame X-rayed at carbon repair place before putting the current Ultegra 11-speed on it and it was still in perfect condition. This was my main road bike until last week! I test rode a number of bikes over the years from Cervelo, Specialized and Trek but nothing felt better and they were all heavier so I kept riding the 585. Just got ENVE Custom Road which is incredible but I’m keeping the Look. Always need to have a nice acoustic bike ready to go!
i used to have a pro team from credit agricole it was probably the best bike that i used to ride. better to take a size below that you use to ride on hilly road it is a toy if you are puncher. always asking to accelerate in climbing. the only problem with those frame are the insert for the bottom braket . that start to be losed due to ageing glue. But the fame and carbon are a blast

Bought a 555, lugged for my old boy. It's just an older iteration of the 585 I think. It rides very well indeed and it's super stiff and light. His is natural carbon, and it's quite eye catching but they came in an array of colours so the way to to hot pink!
The lugs are huge, and this probably contributed to the stiffness of the frame. I would definitely recommend anything from the 555 upwards. My personal favourite is the 486 multicoloured, but they're pretty rare and are seldom found online. The 555 is quite cheap to buy now, and there are tons on them on the bay.
