Litespeed Frame ID

Can anyone help ID this Litespeed frame please (and a year if possible)?

I've got the chance to buy it with the following spec:

New Mavic Crossrides
XT Cranks
Exotic Carbon Forks
Formula Brakes
New Superstar Bars
Thomson Stem
Revell Seatpost
Charge Saddle

It's a single speed at the moment. What would be a good price to pay for it?

The seller has said that he thinks it's a Pisgah although he's not 100% sure (he isn't the original owner from new).

To be fair, it looks more like a Zaskar than a lot of the tat being flogged as one on eBay!
