96 Model year bike...in 97 they went to the frost frost (flat) ano frames.
The fork is off a candy red Backwoods. Hard to tell the difference even when up close.

Looks great Gadro....but I just don't agree with all these custom color decals that everyone is doing to individualize their bikes.

My late 96 - still in build at the moment (obviously). Might do a thread at some point - just itching to get back out and about at the moment!

Being quite limited at the moment by budget so sticking some of the original bits and bobs back on for now (stem, etc) but got a 'new' full XT groupset off ebay for her and some RC36s - all of which are busy being polished and carefully checked over before I chuck myself off any hills on them!

Sort of agree with a comment made earlier about decals (well in the context of my bike anyway) - sticking with the battle scarred decals of old on mine to show what we've been through together (hence massive ding in top tube ). And it's not just because I can't afford gils beauties at the moment...
