Right! Is it pronounced Ringul or Ringlay.....and whilst we’re at it, I once read that Tange should be pronounced ‘Tangay’ :?:

Re:

I always say “Ringul”... mainly out of habit from my teens... but I believe I am incorrect I’m in doing so! Think it’s the other way.

I think Tange is “Tang-uh”.

I say Ringlay as it has an ‘é’ at the end, although Geoffs name has a regular ’e’ at the end....and I say Tange like Tanj.

Yes, that’s what confused me too!
Personally I say Ringlay and tanj.

Re:

the one that annoys me more than anything is the lack of ability to pronounce Colnago.

it's literally as it is written, but i have 2 customers, one has owned a colnago and one that currently does, one pronounces it col-len-nal-go and the other con-nal-go, drives me nuts.

oh and campa-no-lee. makes me want to stab them.

oh and magura i have heard my customers say "maguires"
