Lance was using doping products , there is no doubt about it .

his 1999 tour B samples were positive for EPO .
a lot of former team mates have testified agaisnt him .
all the guy who finished behind have been found guilty .

Clearly there is considerable doubt about it, otherwise he'd have been found guilty years ago.

As for his team mates testifying against him...

USADA: "You've been caught doping, you're going to jail"
Landis: "Shit."
USADA: "Did Armstrong do PEDS too?"
Landis: "No."
USADA: "If you say he did, we'll make sure you don't go to jail."
Landis: "Hell yeah, I saw him do it, every day... don't send me to jail."

his 1999 positive test was done a lot later .

Dr Ferrari links with doping have been proved again and again .

he was a lot quicker than Ullrich and more and they were all doping .

as said earlier , he was an excellent cyclist , but like others he cheated .
