Yep, that's a R and Y for sure, same number of digits, etc.

I love how he's using a shim seatpost and, most likely, a factory wheelset. Presumably he didn't like the stem reach Anyway, back to the thread!

The alternative is Hot...which given the whole Hot / HH thing isn't completely ridiculous, even with the clear difference in tube set dimensions.

Sorry Mark, I didn't pop these pictures up of what is allegedly Trish Sinclair's Team frame. I've listed it as a 17" 1994 Orange TET 1681. Very close to the Orange of the bike that Max Jones is seen riding in the 1996 catalogue:
