yes, I believe Kevin Winter was the frame builder of the beast..

Can remember this being ridden around Hamsterley .Hardistys [whose kit was black and white Newcastle colours] did their kit in red and white because they had a shop in Stockton to apppeal to the Sunderland and Boro footie fans , hence the paint job

superb, hardistys was my local bike shop, loved it back in the day and spent fortunes in there.

now edinburgh cycles, still good but i still call it hardistys!
