Is bike shop and customer service an oxymoron?

I never knew Sid. When I was there you had Gary the Boss, Carol his sister who did the paperwork and was one of the heads of UK BMX, Clark his brother, Peter the assistant manager, Clive Gosling (Carols son) who now works for Cycling Sports Group, Stuart the high end salesman, Garys sons Daniel and Mark, Darren and another youngun who did whatever and Winston And Wilfred the Mechanics. We sometimes had old man Eddie help out and Gary (I think his name was) who definitely wasn't on steroids.
