If LGF says it is...............Zaskar built P9

Ok, so this is as knurly as I'm going to get at my age. I shall shred my rad and get stoked just as soon as my sciatica wears off a bit.

Damn it THM, now I'm going to have to change mine out to M900/910 as this looks nicer than my Middleburn / 737/9 Mix....

For what its worth the Zaskar is as harsh as any bike Ive ever ridden, if you can ride light then the downs are better, float over rather than plough through....

The power transfer on the climbs are incredible, I find myself taking minutes out of climbs...

Ride light eh? I'm not sure that forms part of my riding vocabulary unless you have a cure for Gravity.

Re:

I get it now.

Going up was direct, efficient, kind of boring but nothing wasted. A liitle bit too far forward for me, what with the fused vertebrae etc..

GOING DOWN! Oh My God. Hilarious. Skipping, bouncing, stepping out under braking, the odd creak but great fun. With the rigid fork with little flex and the frame you do feel every bump. But presumably that's what it's for. Got home and put a shorter stem on to pull my heft back a little as i found myself staring at the floor a lot of the time when committed. Wouldn't want to ride it all day though.

I think I might grow to like this once in a while.

Place your bets....
