Ibis Titanium with Kona P2 Titanium forks??

Re:

I thought the polished version preceded the raw one, before they offered both types - with a huge premium for the polishing?

All looks the real deal to me. Very rare. The irony of Importing one from Boston after years of searching and this being just round the corner. Mine is a medium and I can put a tape measure on it if anyone is interested for comparison. They are very light bikes, and the butting is where is should be - on the inside of the tubes. :)

Monty, he'd go to New York...for that fork ;)

This is a Medium frame isn't it ? Looks like it was on the small side for its daddy owner.

Re:

I hope anybody planning to try and buy this has deep pockets. ..

In short conversation with the seller, they have been told by "someone in the know" and are expecting in excess of £3k for this. ..

Re:

I can't see £3k, to think he originally listed start price at £650 hoping for £700ish
Good to see someone getting proper money for a lovely build.

.

I offered him £700  genuinely surprised its £2.4K already

Re:

I offered him £1000 just after it was listed without understanding the whole build. I've taken it to 2.4 but no more bids. I fold :)

I love the fact when you look up ibis on eBay it sits above all that carbon fully sus tat!!!

I agree, this is 1 of those few times where the older brand is actually better than the modern incarnation.
