I decided to replicate my dream bike

Ok, I have finally painted it. I couldn't find a color I really wanted to use. I wanted something dark like a maroon but not black. Finally decided on a dark purple but the cost was outrageous. Dodge makes one called "hellraisin" but it was $225.00 for a pint of base coat! So I went with black and a lot of purple pearl in the clearcoat. I think it looks good, almost like a grape jolly rancher candy. When its in the shade it still looks black but in the sun its such a nice dark purple. Now I'll let it sit a few weeks and cure before I start putting it together.

That looks great. I was joking earlier with the Two Lane Blacktop 55 Chev vs Hotrod Willys in grey primer, but my favourite all time hotrod colour is Frankenstude candy purple pearl. Love a good candy purple pearl 👍

I didn't take it as offensive
