Hooger Booger CompXt tubing?

Hello!
I just receive my new purchase, a lavander Hooger Booger CompXT. I pay 80E, too much I guess, but on the seller pictures it was great looking!
Not in my pictures!

Anyway, is probably a 91 or 92 model, but I cant find any information regarding the tubing.

Also, what is the benefit of having all the cables on the side of the toptube?

Saw one of these a few years back but I can't be sure what the tubing was, I think it might have been 531. Edit just noticed in the pic - tange chromo dB tubing

Hooger Booger were a snowboard company that briefly ventured in to MTB, they are decent enough bikes. 80 euros doesn't seem too bad.

Thanks, I know that thread. That brochure indicate Tange, but I`m not sure what year is. Maybe 1990?

I found on a german forum that in the 1991 the Hooger CompXT use Reynolds 531 but in 1992 they switch to REynolds Magnum.
