Re 69364 - interesting! 26.8 seat post implies 531 plain gauge and thus your # 69364 fits above catalog description for a "shop" Competizone Road model. As catalogue states they were built to defined specs and not customized, thus more likely to lay in stock.
As Kilgariff says often stock frames were built by outside builders. This fact would help explain different positioning of serial number 69364 across BB thus also pointing to an outside builder. The method assumed used by Quick is evidenced by your custom frame #69387 with numbers along non-drive side edge of BB.
Maybe same outside builder as "shop" frame K69357R speculated (by me) to be Charlie Roberts who was said to have built frames for shop although timing is unclear.
