That is really nice, the fork detail is exquisite. In my opinion this can be brought back to a good standard with no need to repaint.I can’t read the serial number clearly. I think I would need to remove the wheel and haven’t got my tools handy right now. Here’s the full bike though.

Can’t see anything of concern with yours. Just looks like it needs a polish and bit of grease and some new tyres!
