These are very nice - a copy of a Spendor BC1

Got them hooked up now. They sound as fast and exciting as I remember. They sound a bit 'distant' compared to the 44s though. In other words, the soundstage seems further away. Not bad, just different. With the 44s, vocals sound in the room in front of you, with the 770s, the vocalist is on the stage 10 rows in front of you.

Those 730's look like mini-44s actually!
