You will be better using a 7 to 8speed type chain on a 7speed cassette, as these are easier to find. You could even use a 9speed, considering you're trying to flex your chain across 3 rings. Though, I'm not sure why anyone would want to bother with the pain of making a chain work across 3 rings as well as oscillating over biopace rings.
