Help with Spinergy rev roks hub/axle

Update on the axle front.

Removed the axle with punch and a hammer. Emailed the photos of this, and had a reply saying he had 4 axles left in stock. But they made different length rear axles. So I'm hoping he will identify mine from pics. It snapped on the first thread freehub side.

And Ian I will pm you shortly also.

Thanks

Hi,

Did you ever find a solution to your issue?

I just bought some Spinergy rev roks and a missing the freehub and cone nut. I’m still trying to do some research and trying to find replacement parts or something that will work on that wheel.

What was your solution? I know this is a very old thread.

Hi Ian and Magpie,

If you don't have any luck with GA Cycles, I'll have a look at what might be done.
I have a set of these myself, so can use them as reference.
Mine certainly just use a standard Shimano pattern freehub body, nothing weird.

Ian:
What length yellow SPOX spokes are you after?
I have a some spares, and a yellow rear 24 spoke rear with a burst rim.
Also, the guys at my old company still have plenty of spares that are still used on the Spinergy SPOX wheelchair wheels.

All the best,

Hi Danson67,

Hoping you might be able to help and I understand this is an old thread. Also, not trying to take over this thread. I have done several searches in the forum but have not been able to find the answer.

I have a Klein mantra MTB which was converted to a 1 x 10, and recently i was able to get a hold of some Spinergy Rev Roks MTB wheels that are in good shape, confirmed by my local bike shop.

The issue I have is that the rear wheel has the axel but no freehub or cone nuts to secure a cassette. I’ve called Spinergy and they said they had nothing that would help me and no manual either in their records. I do understand these wheels are old and their reputation.

None of the local bike shops have been able to help me find something that could be compatible to get a freehub and the missing parts for the wheel.

I guess my question is, if I am unable to find a Spinergy rear freehub with the cone nut etc, is there another freehub that’s compatible? Lot of what I read online are for Spinergy road wheels. Would a Spinergy road rear wheel freehub be the same as the the one for the MTB by chance?
Is there another MTB freehub set that would work on the rev roks?

As mentioned the MTB bike I have is 1x10 speed. Would my only option be to convert it to 8 or 9 speed for a compatible freehub to work with the rev roks wheel?

I’m in the US and any help would be appreciated. Pics below
