Help ID Frame

I have seen these rear dropouts before on here but paid no attention to the make.It looks old but being Lugless confuses me :?

Osgear style dropouts, late 40's/early 50's. Being lugless - might be a Claud Butler? Most of the components are out of period though.

It looks like a fillet brazed Claud Butler in fact very similar to a frame i have, I'm sure it's 531 but whatever its made of its very light

After giving me a name I looked at old Claud Butlers and that's what it seemed to be.Talked myself out of getting it though,it went for £36 in the end.

Just a note about Claud Butler frames with osgear style drop outs - they normally have the letters CB stamped into them somewhere - this can help with identification as I doubt very much that CB drop outs would be on any other makers machines
