What do you need oil for?

If your going for a like-for-like replacement rear shock, then they are sealed units.

So is the rear shock FUBAR?

I've no idea how easy these are to find? Obviously not an off the shelf item; are they available NOS, if so, what sort of price?

I'm very pleased my new RTS appears unridden as this means the Noleen Piggy-Back is almost perfect - does anyone have any written instructions/link for these?

BETD may be able to refurb parts for the RTS, I know they do bits for the LTS & LOBO.

TFTuned will be able to service the Noleen Shocks as will Dave at Stendec (I'd go the TF Tuned route personally)

I don't think the Noleens were anything special to work on and Tim Flooks fitted suspension to the dinosaurs so .......

Rear shock

Hello, Drapoon has very kindly sent me a rear shock for my bike.

If you look at the following image you see that the original shock is much larger than the one I have just received:

Is there a way that this can be remedied?
