if he has replaced the pads and cleaned the rotor you can't tell but if you know him i would assume you know whether or not he the type of guy that would stitch you up! if you stick with the checks above and they seem good then they probably are.

i dont think he is that type of guy tbh
gonna pop through next weekend and see what else he has got for my build
how easy will it be to strip the boxxers and rebuild them then, and where do i get a kit? Gonna wanna spray the buggers coz they do look a bit battered on the lowers
